Submission of abstracts have to be performed electronically using the format template available below, before 15 February, 2026.

Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and included in the congress Book of Abstracts.
Abstract Format

Length: One page (including figures, tables, and references)

Language: English

File format: PDF (template provided below)

Each abstract should include:

Title
-
Authors and affiliations
-
Contact email of the corresponding author
-
Main text (200–400 words) summarizing objectives, methods, results, and significance

Optional figure(s) or graph(s) illustrating key results

Abstracts should be submitted through the online submission portal:

After logging in, select the most relevant conference theme and presentation type (oral or poster).
Authors may revise their submissions until the abstract deadline.
Note for Students:
Abstracts whose presenting author is a student registered at an academic institution should indicate this status during the submission process if they wish their contribution to be considered for the Best Student Presentation or Best Student Poster Award.
